‘Dressed’ Laser Aimed at Clouds May be Key to Inducing Rain, Lightning

Posted by in categories: climatology, geoengineering, particle physics

This laser can simply control the weather to induce rain restoring regions back to their original states. It could also prevent weather aswell too. This could be used in cities to control the weather.

The adage “Everyone complains about the weather but nobody does anything about it,” may one day be obsolete if researchers at the University of Central Florida’s College of Optics & Photonics and the University of Arizona further develop a new technique to aim a high-energy laser beam into clouds to make it rain or trigger lightning.

The solution? Surround the beam with a second beam to act as an energy reservoir, sustaining the central beam to greater distances than previously possible. The secondary “dress” beam refuels and helps prevent the dissipation of the high-intensity primary beam, which on its own would break down quickly. A report on the project, “Externally refueled optical filaments,” was recently published in Nature Photonics.

The scoop on UAE’s artificial rain: Did cloud seeding drown Dubai?

Posted by in category: geoengineering

Since this news was published, users have taken to social media to share images and videos of the flooding and placed the blame on the seeding exercises.

While it is easy to correlate the two incidents and blame the flooding on the seeding exercises, a deeper look at the reality tells a different story.

Cloud seeding isn’t new to Dubai. The Bloomberg report states that the technique has been used since 2002 and has never shown such disastrous outcomes in the previous two decades. One can be certain that the seeding experiments have not gone wrong on this occasion since Dubai conducts about 300 such operations every year. The NCM also clarified that it did not do any cloud seeding on the day the storm struck.

Freezing Point Phenomena: Unlocking the Strange Secrets of Ice Nucleation

Posted by in categories: geoengineering, mathematics

Research unveils a mathematical model for ice nucleation, showing how surface angles affect water’s freezing point, with applications in snowmaking and cloud seeding.

From abstract-looking cloud formations to roars of snow machines on ski slopes, the transformation of liquid water into solid ice touches many facets of life. Water’s freezing point is generally accepted to be 32 degrees Fahrenheit. But that is due to ice nucleation — impurities in everyday water raise its freezing point to this temperature. Now, researchers unveil a theoretical model that shows how specific structural details on surfaces can influence water’s freezing point.

China’s new AI ‘Supermind’ deepens challenge to U.S.

Posted by in categories: geoengineering, military, robotics/AI

One thing i do like about China. they like to publicly lay cards on table of a project in development an opponent has, that is high level top secret. Just to ruffle feathers, lol. like weather modification stuff. Of course US has, and far superior, its just an open play to tweak someones nose.

China says it is building a new AI-based intelligence platform to track global scientists and hoover up breakthrough technologies for its industry and military.

NH Bill Seeks to Ban Cloud Seeding and Other Forms of Atmospheric Geoengineering

Posted by in categories: engineering, geoengineering

Every legislative session is presented with too many bills and, in recent years, too slim of a majority to get the good ones to the Governor. But because we have so many new ideas, there are always some you might not expect, like legislation to ban weather modification.

To be clear, I’m not making fun of the bill or its sponsors. In a world where some folks can’t shut up about unnecessary “emissions” or pollutants in our atmosphere, this should play well on both sides of the aisle. New Hampshire House Bill 1,700 (HB1700).

You won’t Believe what China is doing now! — China Modifying the Weather

Posted by in categories: climatology, geoengineering

Chinese Scientists have previously showed their ability to change and control the weather inside China, but now there’s proof that they may actually modify and control the weather all over the world which has disastrous results in the form of Natural DIsasters such as Tornadoes. This video explores the possiblity of China having done this knowingly and what good could possibly come from having the ability to change the climate at your will. One thing is for sure, the science and technology behind these abilities is truly breathtaking.

Scientists Say They Caught China Successfully Changing the Weather

Posted by in category: geoengineering

China has succeeded in literally changing the weather, a new study claims.

As the South China Morning Post reports, researchers say that during the Chinese Communist Party’s centennial celebration over the summer, weather authorities successfully modified the weather above Beijing to clear the sky and reduce pollution for the tens of thousands gathered for a commemorative ceremony in Tiananmen Square.

They did so using cloud seeding technology, a long-studied but controversial process that involves shooting silver iodide particles into the clouds, with the idea of attracting water droplets to modify the weather.

Weather Warfare: Weather Modification Technology in Warfare

Posted by in categories: climatology, geoengineering, military

As the world becoming aware of the environment’s brittleness, more diversified and complex ways have been devised to modify it as a weapon of warfare. Now a new class of weapons more disastrous than nuclear warfare is on the horizon. For altering the environment, weather and climate modification technologies, are the methods that may be used to convert climate and weather systems into weapons of war. It refers to Operation Popeye, which aimed to extend the monsoon season in Southeast Asia.

Captain Orville had cautioned that “if an enemy nation solves the problem of weather control and gets into the position of controlling large-scale weather patterns before we can, the effects might be even more devastating than nuclear conflict”. In this article, we have discussed in-depth Weather Modification Technology in Warfare, and how this method of modern warfare can be used to destroy any country economically, Tactically, Strategically, and Covertly.
